Floral Edges Thank You Notecards

I have a set of simple Thank You notecards to share today, made using border stamps from a Chocolate Baroque set called 'Floral Edges', that I won recently over at the Allsorts Challenge. I stamped the floral edge stamp along the bottom of kraft card blanks using Versark ink, then heat embossed them using white embossing powder, then added a matching white embossed sentiment using a stamp from the 'Go To' words set by Visible Image.

I made a couple of each design:

Rose Stem Script

Today's card features a stamp from a lovely Chocolate Baroque set called 'Rose Stem Script' that I won over at the Allsorts Challenge last month. I stamped the image on to a kraft card blank, then coloured it using watercolour pencils. The sentiment stamp is from the 'Sketched Flowers' set by Simon Says Stamp.

Simple Embossed Christmas

I have a set of simple one layer heat embossed Christmas cards to share today. I used image stamps my Marianne Designs (the 'Bauble Border') and Chocolate Baroque (the reindeer is from the 'Damask Reindeer' set), stamping them directly on to my card blanks using Versamark Ink, then heat embossed them using metallic WOW embossing powders...silver on the blue cards, and gold on the red and green. I added matching heat embossed sentiments, from the 'Very Merry Christmas' set by Hero Arts, and the 'Festive Panel' set by Woodware.

Sparkly Reindeer

I have a couple of simple embossed Christmas cards to share today...featuring a new (to me) set of Chocolate Baroque stamps that I won on the We Love Chocolate Baroque Challenge last month, and which arrived in the post this morning. The set is called 'Filigree Reindeer'...and I couldn't resist mounting them and inking them up after I'd finished work for the day. On the first card, I heat embossed one of the reindeer using WOW 'Metallic Platinum Sparkle' embossing glitter on a teal card blank along with one of the sentiments from the set. I couldn't resist adding a little red pearl for his nose.

On the second card, I used the largest stamp from the set...a beautiful snowy night time scene...heat embossing it using WOW 'Midnight Dream' embossing powder...a gorgeous blue, but with specks of of other colours in the blend.

These embossing powders are so pretty, but a nightmare to get a decent photo of becasue they're so sparkly! This angle shows a few of the other colours:
