Sketched Flowers

Today's card features one of my current favourite stamps...'Sketched Flowers' by Simon Says Stamp. I stamped it on to kraft card, along with a sentiment from the same set, using Versamark ink, then heat emossed it using white embossing powder. I coloured the flowers using various shades of brown coloured pencils to create a monochrome effect. I finished it with simple border drawn using a white gel pen.

  1. Lovely card. A great reminder for me to use Kraft paper once in a while. I always forget and it looks so pretty you'd think I'd remember. [Bunny]

  2. How very elegant this looks on Kraft Helen, the earthy colours all pop so well from the white embossing, many thanks for sharing a 'Favourite Stamp' with us at Penny Black and More challenge.
