Ice Cream Mouse

In a bid to rid us of the Autumnal weather, I have a summery card to share today...featuring a Stampavie stamp by Tina Wenke called 'Mouse Holding Ice Cream', which I coloured using watercolour pencils. I made a patchwork background from snippets of papers from the 'Happy Day' pad by My Mind's Eye...distressing the edges a little, then adding some faux stitching using my CutterBee Bug and a black gel pen.

    Brilliant card Helen - so cheerful to see on a grey, wet and cold morning like today's. Ha, I hope that little mouse is tottering off with all that ice cream to a BIG party for his friends :) Love the faux stitching - and what's a Cutter Bee? New one on me.

    yes we all need some summer where ever we can get it as the weather has been so drab of late.
