Bright Baubles

I have a Christmas card to share today, featuring another recent purchase...the 'Bright Baubles' stamp set by Julie Hickey. I stamped the bauble on to snippets of teal card using Versamark Ink, then heat embossed them using 'Metallic Silver Sparkle' embossing powder from WOW. I carefully cut out the baubles, then mounted them on to a DL card blank, layering one overlapping the other using 3D foam pads. I doodled a 'thread' for each of the baubles using a black gel pen, then added a sentiment using stamps from the same stamp set.

Such GORGEOUS ornaments you've created using your snippets. This is truly stunning, and I thank you for playing along with us. I love using snippets, and there are so many ways to put them to good use. I'm enjoying playing along in this fun challenge and hope you are, too.

I also wanted to mention that I run another challenge blog, and I would LOVE to have you play along with us there as well. Always Anything Goes/Family Friendly, and lots of great prizes from our fabulous sponsors. I hope you'll stop by to check it out and play along with us. I'd love seeing your beautiful art linked up there as well. Here's the link:
