Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge - Bright & Cheerful

This week it's Francesca's turn to choose the theme for the Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge, which is:

The stamp I've used is called 'Balloon madness' by Penny Black....so cute! I coloured the balloons to match the bright colours of my We R Memory Keepers spotty papers (a mixture from 'Hippity Hoppity' and '72 & Sunny' pads). I doodled some borders, and added a sentiment from the 'Sending Sunshine' set by Simon Says Stamp.
