I decided to make use of some of those teeny tiny stamps you get in the Transparent sets...and took inspiration from the card on the back of the 'Bubbly' set:
I used strips of contrasting coloured papers (from the 'Hello Luscious' pad by BasicGrey), gluing them to a piece of scrap paper to create my own stripey paper, then stamped butterflies (from the 'Party Critters' and 'Hugs' sets) over the top. The image is 'Butterfly Wishes', which I coloured using watercolour pencils, and the sentiment stamp is from the 'Hello Friend' set.
I'm also entering this card into the following challenges:
- Crafty Cardmakers - Butterflies
- Fab 'n' Funky - Clashing Colours
- Flutterby Wednesdays - Stripes
- Stamp with Fun - Friends
Fabby card Helen utterly adorable
