ABC Christmas Challenge - N & O are for?

We have another fun ABC Christmas Challenge starting today...I'm the host, and we have two awesome themes this month, which you can choose between, or combine:

'N is for New'
&
'O is for Old'
(Just don't forget the Christmas theme!)

There's also a bonus prize from me of this Lili of the Valley 'Perfect Snowman' stamp:

On my first card, I used a new stamp (new in the sense that this is the first time I've used it...but to my shame it's been sitting waiting to be mounted on to some cling foam for months...) Lili of the Valley's 'Ice Christmas'. I stamped it directly on to my card blank, then coloured it using watercolour pencils. The sentiment stamp is from the 'Scribbly Christmas set by Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous.


Challenges for this card:
On my second card, I used an old favourite stamp ('Bedecked Antlers' by Penny Black) and old papers (from the 'Bundled Up' pad by Crate Paper). The image is again coloured using watercolour pencils, and the sentiment stamp is from the same Tim Holtz set used on my first card. I distressed all of the edges before adding some faux stitching using my CutterBee Bug and a black gel pen.

    Love the CAS design of the first card. That little penguin is the star for sure! The non-traditional colors on the sceond card are so awesome. The stitching and distressing are such great details.
