Easter Bunnies Treat Bag

I have another Easter treat bag to share today...using some bunnies from the 'Bunny Friends' stamp by Penny Black. The papers are from the 'Hippity Hoppity' pad by We R Memory Keepers...I doodled some simple borders using a black pen, and added a Hero Arts sentiment (from the 'Sentiments' set), then popped the bunnies up on 3D foam pads to look like they're peeking over the the border.

Butterfly Blues

I have a simple one layer card to share today...using stamps from the 'Social Butterfly' set by Penny Black. I stamped the butterflies in shades of blue Distress Ink (Salty Ocean & Faded Jeans), then blended some 'Stormy Sky' over the edge of the card...adding a sentiment from the same set.

It's Snowy!

I have a Christmas card to share today...featuring 'Snowy' by Penny Black...an oldie, but definitely a goodie! I coloured him using watercolour pencils to match some papers from the 'Bundled Up' pad by Crate Paper. I used my Nesties to cut the circles, and added some faux stitching using my CutterBee Bug and a white gel pen. The sentiment stamp is from the 'Merriest Wishes' set by Hero Arts.

Cupcake Mice

I dug out an old favourite Penny Black stamp set ('Party Critters') at the weekend...I love these cute little mice. I combined them with a cupcake embossing folder by Craft Concepts, some twine from the Ribbon Girls, and some adhesive pearls.

Pile It On! Challenge - Sentiment as Focal Point

I used die cut letters (cut using my Cuttlebug 'Olivia' alphabet dies) to make my sentiment...placing them on a background made from American Crafts card...with torn edges, making a rainbow effect. I added some faux stitching around the edges using my CutterBee Bug and a white gel pen.

Totally Excited Treat Bag

I have another Easter treat bag to share today...this time using 'Totally Excited' by Penny Black. The papers are from a couple of My Mind's Eye pads ('Merry Little Christmas' - the green ones, and 'Cut & Paste Charm' - the cloudy sky). I used a couple of Die-namics dies...'Picket Fence' and 'Grassy edges' to create a little scene.

ABC Christmas Challenge - F is for...

We have a new ABC Christmas Challenge starting today...Chris is the host, and the theme is:

'F is for Frosty'

I went for frosty blues...using a Penny Black stamp called 'What a Snow!' and papers from the 'Silent Night' pad by First Edition. I distressed the edges of the papers, then added some faux stitching using my CutterBee Bug and a black gel pen. The snowflake is a Memory Box die cut, and is held in place using a gem stone brad (from Craft Obsessions). The sentiment stamp is from a Lili of the Valley set, and the adhesive pearls are by Papermania.

I Baked a Cake!

Well...I didn't...but that's the name of this cute Lili of the Valley bear stamp. I used her to make a simple one layer birthday card, colouring the image using watercolour pencils, and adding a sentiment from the 'Party Critters' set by Penny Black.

Spring Chick Easter Treat Bag

I have another Easter treat bag to share today...using another Penny Black stamp called 'Spring Chick'. I picked some older papers...from the 'Tea Party' pad by Dovecraft...I distressed the edges a little, then added some faux stitching using my CutterBee Bug and a black gel pen. The flowers are really old (I bought them before I started blogging), and are held in place with a BasicGrey brad. The little adhesive pearls and bag are from Hobbycraft.

Silhouette Flowers

Today's card is a really simple one...I stamped my 'Silhouette Flowers' stamp (by Hero Arts) using Versamark Ink, then heat embossed it using clear embossing powder. Then I blended 'Scattered Straw' and 'Peeled Paint' Distress Inks over the top to colour the flowers. The sentiment stamp is from a set by Papermania.

Bunny Friends Easter Treat Bag

I have something a little more seasonal to show you today...an Easter treat bag using a couple of bunnies from the the 'Bunny Friends' stamp by Penny Black (I masked off the others before inking the stamp). The papers are form a pad by Dovecraft called 'Tea Shop'...I distressed the edges, then added some faux stitching using my CutterBee Bug and a black gel pen. The flowers are really old, (I've had them since before I started blogging...so long in fact that the shop I bought them from has been closed for years!) and camd from Poppicrafts...they're held in place using BasicGrey brads. The twine is from the Ribbon Girls.

Pile It On! Challenge - Green

I used some scraps of green papers to create a simple Christmas card...cutting the tree shapes using one of the dies from the Hero Arts & Sizzix 'Reindeer' stamp & die set. I inked around their edges a little using 'Pumice Stone' Distress Ink, popped them up on 3D foam pads, and added a Hero Arts sentiment (from the 'Merriest Wishes' set).

I only have one edge punch...'Scalloped Diamonds' by EK Success...so that's what I used...simply combining it with a cute Penny Black stamp ('Coming your way!' - which I coloured using watercolour pencils, and some brightly coloured card. I added some faux stitching using my CutterBee Bug and a white gel pen, a Lili of the Valley sentiment and some adhesive pearls.

Xmas Pilgrims

I'm going to apologise now...my next three cards will be Christmas ones...not sure what's got into me! This one uses a Penny Black stamp called 'Xmas Pilgrims'...so cute!
