A made a card for each of the three themes. For the 'E is for Edge' theme, I stamped a selection of snowflakes (from sets by Papermania, Lakeland and Prima) using Versamark Ink off the edge of a kraft card blank, then heat embossed them in 'Sparkling Snow' WOW embossing powder. The sentiment is from a set by Lili of the Valley.
I'm also entering this card into the following challenges:
- Stampavie & More - Embossing
- Sweet Stampin' - One Layer
My second card is for 'F is for Family' and features an adorable Prairie Fairy image called 'Snow Family', which I coloured using watercolour pencils. The paper is from the 'Happy Day' pad by My Mind's Eye...I added some faux stitching using my CutterBee Bug and a black gel pen, and combined a couple of Lili of the Valley sentiments.
I'm also entering this card into the following challenges:
- Christmas with the Cuties - Snowmen
- Crafty Sentiments - Anything Goes
- Creative Corner - Winter Wonderland
My third card is for 'G for Girls' and features an older Lili of the Valley stamp that came as part of a set called 'Skating Along' and papers from the 'Silent Night' pad by First Edition. I distressed all of the edges, then added some faux stitching using my CutterBee Bug and a silver gel pen. The sentiment stamp is from the same Lili of the Valley set.
I'm also entering this card into the following challenges:
- Crafty Hazelnut's Christmas - Anything Christmas Goes
- Hiding in my Craft Room - Any Holiday (Christmas)
- Through the Craft Room Door - Anything Goes

What a fabulous collection of cards Helen! They are all gorgeous but if I had to pick just one, it would be the last one. Your mix of papers, the stitching, the distressing and the lovely image makes this a stunner!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the warm welcome to the team:-)
