The challenge over on the BasicGrey Challenge blog this week is to 'Mix it Up' - in other words, to use items from at least two different BasicGrey ranges on our cards. Now, I have several of the BasicGrey paper pads, so I thought that this challenge would be a doddle, but the problem was choosing which of the many gorgeous papers to use! I settled for a mixture of 'Eva' and 'Archaic', a plain, and a patterned paper from each, to compliment the colours of the Penny Black image (from the 'Hugs' set) I'd decided to use. The sentiment stamp is from a set by Autumn Leaves ('Talking in Circles')...which I've had for ages, but have hardly ever used, the flower is from Poppicrafts, and the button is from my stash.
Helen, your card is sooo sweet! I love the BG papers you've combines! The card design is fabulous too! What a sweet image...coloured beautifully and I love the sentiment! Thanks for playing along this week with BG Challenges
