Today's card features a cute Penny Black image called 'Merry Band', that I stamped on to watercolour paper, then coloured using watercolour paints. I made a simple background by embossing snippets of card using my Crafts Too 'Music Notes' folder...disdtressing the edges and sanding over the reaised areas to reveal the lighter core. The sentiment stamp is from the 'Anytime Messages' set by Hero Arts.

ReplyDeleteWhat a fun card this is Helen - wonderful PB images of course and as always I love how you pull the image colouring together by using matching backing paper. Love the embossed notes, I have that folder in the toy box here and you just gave me an idea for something else to go with it to make up a prize!
