Gift Wrapped!

Whilst searching back through my blog for the name of this stamp ('Gift Wrapped' by Lili of the Valley), I discovered that I hadn't used it since last April...so it was due an inking! I stamped it directly on to my card base, then coloured it using watercolour pencils. I cut a snippet of spotty paper (from the 'Now & Then' pad by My Mind's Eye) using one of my 'Stitched Hillside' border dies (by Lawn Fawn) then added some faux stitching using my CutterBee Bug and a black gel pen. The sentiment stamp is from the 'Anytime Messages' set by Hero Arts.

    Super cute card Helen - I do love the LOTV image and it's beautifully coloured. Great how you used the DP at the top of the card and added the faux stitching!

    What an adorable stamp! I love the polka dot stitched paper at the top, such an effective border to the card. Great design :)
