I've used one of my oldest (and most favourite) Penny Black stamps on my card...the ever faithful...'Birthday Dog'. For the background, I embossed plain card using my Cuttlebug 'Swiss Dots' and 'Spots & Dots' folders....edging the red layer with a white border cut using my EK Success 'Scalloped Diamonds' punch. The sentiment stamp is from the 'Cupcakes' set by Hero Arts...I cut them out using Nesties, then added some red, white & blue twine to make them look like balloons.
